<description>I am working with a Honduran male age 35 who is mentally ill. He has been detained by ICE since August of 2009. He has met with the judge 4 times hoping that the judge will close his case. However, this has not occurred as of yet. CAIR refuses to take this case, why?? Please contact me, thanks.
