How You Can Help:

It is through the generous financial support of individuals, corporations, foundations, and organizations that CAIR Coalition continues to strengthen its programs that protect immigrants' rights. You can support us by becoming a member or making a donation. Donate online, fill out the mail-in Membership and Donation form or contribute through the United Way/CFC/United Way (if your employer participates).

CAIR Coalition Membership

Your membership dues allow you to:

• Participate in the monthly coalition meetings with extensive update packets, briefings and information sharing.

• Attend our annual asylum training, co-sponsored by the DC Bar and Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs.

• Request special trainings. In response to Coalition members' requests, CAIR Coalition can coordinate training sessions.

• Join our listserve to receive up-to-date information on immigration issues, coalition events, and other community news.

• Attend monthly liaison meetings with the Washington District Office and the Arlington Asylum Office. CAIR Coalition coordinates and collects your concerns, presents an agenda, facilitates the participation of the INS service centers, and follows up on necessary activities.

Your membership is valid for the calendar year. Joining CAIR Coalition not only helps us financially but also visibly demonstrates your support and commitment to assist newcomers and the advocates who work so hard to protect immigrants' legal and civil rights.

Please note: CAIR Coalition is a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. All contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

If you would like more information about how to donate or about upcoming CAIR Coalition fundraising efforts, please contact Kathy Doan, Executive Director, at (202) 331-3321 ext. 22, or at kathy.doan@caircoalition.org.
