For a decade, The Capitol Area Immigrants’ Rights (CAIR) Coalition has worked collaboratively with community groups, pro bono attorneys, volunteers and immigrants from the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland to ensure that all immigrants are treated with fairness, dignity and respect for their human and civil rights.
