CAIR Coalition provides the following information on legal developments that most significantly impact our work and that of our pro bono teams. We will use this space to continue providing updates that affect the core of our mission of detention and deportation defense work, focusing on: (1) asylum or other forms of relief for a detained adult and children client base, (2) detention enforcement, (3) issues involving the treatment and representation of unaccompanied immigrant children, and (4) immigration court policies, procedures, and practices.
These updates are not intended to serve as a substitute for your own legal research and analysis.
