CAIR Coalition has joined 13 other organizations to express our concerns about how ICE plans to process an estimated 1,870 to 2,000 immigrants scheduled for early release from the Bureau of Prisons on October 30, 2015, in accordance with Sentencing Commission Amendment 782. We urge ICE not to rush to judgment on these immigrants’ cases and to commit to ensuring individualized due process in each and every case.
